Haverhill Council To Consider Overnight Parking Rule Changes
WHAV reports that Haverhill city councilors are scheduled to meet Tuesday to review proposed revisions to the city’s overnight parking rules.
The proposal is intended to bring greater consistency and would shift the seasonal parking period one month later than previously. As proposed, the rules would begin Dec. 15 with even-side-of-the-street parking, would alternate sides monthly without exceptions, and would conclude April 15 unless snow conditions dictate otherwise.
