Haverhill Panel To Consider Demolition, Rebuilding Of Former Elks Lodge
When it meets Wednesday night, the Haverhill Historic Commission is slated to consider proposals to tear down and rebuild the former Elks lodge where Summer and Newcomb Streets meet. The commission’s review will focus on plans for demolition and reconstruction of that building.
WHAV reported last March that Bethany Communities of Haverhill is considering the property at 24 Summer Street for senior affordable.
