Family Plans To Return 1810 Federalist House To Residence In Haverhill
A Haverhill family plans to convert an early 19th-century brick Federalist house at 780 Main St., on the corner of Baltimore Street, back to residential use.
The 1810-era building has served for many years as commercial offices and most recently housed a real estate office. The proposal would change a long-used commercial property on Main Street back into a home, returning an historic Federalist-style building to its original function.
