Andover Firm Set To Receive $1.9 Million State Tax Incentive
WHAV reported that a firm in Andover is slated to receive a $1.9 million state tax incentive tied to a plan to create 62 life science jobs. The award to the Andover company is presented as part of the state’s life sciences support effort.
The incentive is one piece of $40 million that the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center distributed among 38 firms. TransMedics Group was one of those recipients. The Life Sciences Center’s program is intended to back companies expanding research, development and manufacturing.
