Haverhill Church Building Sold to Merrimack Valley Presbyterian
A sale of the First Presbyterian congregation’s building in Haverhill was completed earlier this month. The property, located at 346 Broadway at the intersection of Broadway and Carleton Street, changed hands last week.
The buyer is Merrimack Valley Presbyterian Church, which had been based in North Andover. The Haverhill congregation said the proceeds from the sale are intended to support charitable activities in the city and elsewhere in the region.
