North Andover Mail Ballot Deadlines And Drop Box Locations

Voters in North Andover using mail ballots must ensure their ballots are received by the Town Clerk or placed in an official drop box before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3. As an alternate route, ballots mailed with a November 3 postmark will be accepted if they arrive at the Town Clerk’s Office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6. Ballots sent from outside the United States that carry a November 3 postmark will be accepted later, through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13.

Town Hall at 120 Main Street has two designated ballot drop boxes, one at the building’s main entrance and one at the rear, and they are kept under continuous video surveillance. Mail ballots may not be left at polling places on Election Day.
