Haverhill Mayor Seeks To Preserve Vocational School Plan At College

Haverhill Mayor Melinda E. Barrett said Wednesday she hopes plans to site a replacement Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School on the Northern Essex Community College campus can still move forward. Her comment followed a breakdown in cooperation between the two institutions involved in the project.
